Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising, or it shall be barred. Failure by cnjtapinginteriors.co.uk to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. cnjtapinginteriors.co.uk may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time without notice. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
